    • Minimum qualification LCCI/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
    • Possess good communication & interpersonal skills.
    • Possess good knowledge of basic account.
    • Must be computer literate.
    • Minimum 2 years of working experience for the relevant post.

  • Maintaining client information including order introduction, delivery rate, pricing control.
  • Monitors all necessary actions with relevant parties to initiate timely invoicing of completed sales order.
  • Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors.
  • Evaluating new credit requests and reviewing customers’ credit rankings with CTOS.
  • Ensuring timely payment of debts.
  • Handling inbound customer enquiry, provide services & support.
  • Provides relevant reports for management attention with recommended remedial actions.
  • Continually improve all processes within the division to ensure an efficient and smooth of the division.
  • To perform any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
