    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
    • A minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required
    • Possess a good working knowledge of trend and practices including human resource management, training and development, compensation, HR information system, labour law, etc
    • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Malaysian Employment Act and Foreign Worker Management
    • Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
    • Candidate must be proactive, independent, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to multitask and have positive thinking skills

  • Handle the daily operation of the HR department, payroll preparation and employee issues
  • Develop HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Regularly meet employees for progress reviews and assessments as well as discuss any problems or grievances they may have
  • Monitor the HR department’s budget
