Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth for our equipment sales and rental services.

Responsibilities:

• 1) Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base
• 2) Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• 3) Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and business opportunities
• 4) Sales proposals and business presentations
• 5) Negotiate pricing, contracts, and business agreements with customer
• 6) Follow up on sales leads, customer inquiries, and business opportunities
• 7) Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth
• 8) Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of products and services
• 9) Prepare sales reports and update customer information in the company's database

We're Looking For:

• 1) Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• 2) Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing is preferred
• 3) Experience in machinery sales, equipment rental, or the industrial sector will be an added advantage
• 4) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• 5) Good customer relationship management and networking abilities
• 6) Able to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
• 7) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• 8) Possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities
• 9) Able to work independently as well as in a team
• 10) Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and business development are encouraged to apply
• 11) Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage
