Operation Executive

We're looking for Operation Executive (Maintenance & Operation). You will be responsible for maintaining and servicing heavy machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Arrange machine delivery, exchange, collection and off-hire
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules
• Handle machine breakdowns and coordinate repair works
• Manage spare parts request and issue parts to mechanics
• Handle machine damage inspections, documentation and claims
• Update daily operational data and prepare monthly reports

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Engineering or a related field
• Min 1- 2 years of experience in operation coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Strong coordination, planning and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently
