Workshop Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily workshop operations, equipment maintenance, servicing, and repair activities. Will need to supervise workshop technicians, ensure equipment is maintained in good working condition, and coordinate repair and maintenance schedules to support smooth operations and timely equipment delivery.

Responsibilities:

• 1) Supervise daily operations in the workshop to ensure smooth workflow and timely job completion
• 2) Coordinate and assign tasks to technicians, monitor progress, and ensure safety protocols are followed
• 3) Train, guide, and evaluate workshop staff performance
• 4) Prepare daily reports, update records, and ensure timely submission of relevant paperwork
• 5) Experience handles more than 10 -20 employees
• 6) Management skills & knowledge for workshop

Requirements:

• 1)Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field
• 2) Minimum 3 years of experience in workshop or machinery servicing environment
• 3) Strong hands-on skills in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
• 4) Must have strong experience supervising technicians and managing workshop workflow
• 5) Ability to train and guide technicians on basic hands-on mechanical skills
• 6) Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and work under pressure
• 7) Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
• 8) Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
• 9) Possess valid GDL driving license
